Hello Reader "I'm tired" This is a phrase that I hear far too often. Tiredness without an "obvious" cause is genuinely a cause for concern and if this is the case, please do get in touch. But then there is tiredness related to everything from lack of sleep, to finances, stress, and having responsibilities. No matter the cause of the fatigue, healthy eating is a must! Go ahead and download this recipe pack for free to help you get started with boosting your energy levels:high-energy-diet.pdf If you are experiencing the 3pm energy dip, difficulty waking up in the morning, cannot focus on your work, then your blood sugar and hormones likely need support. Book in a free discovery call to see how a nutrition consultation can help boost your energy levels. What is actually happening at 3 PM? When we are constantly on the go, our bodies run on stress hormones like cortisol. To keep up with the demands of the day, we often reach for quick-fix carbohydrates, processed snacks, or an extra cup of coffee. While this gives you a temporary lift, it triggers a sharp spike in your blood sugar, followed by a massive insulin dump. Therefore, by 3pm, your blood sugar crashes, leaving you feeling completely drained, irritable, and craving sugar just to survive the rest of the workday. In Ayurveda, this erratic energy cycle is a sign of weak or variable Agni (digestive fire). When your Agni is compromised by stress and irregular meal times, your body cannot transform food into Ojas, the refined essence of energy, immunity, and vitality. Instead, it creates Ama (metabolic sludge), which physically manifests as that heavy, foggy afternoon fatigue. As I always say, sustainable energy is not about hacks or stimulants. It is about stabilising your glucose levels, nourishing your cells, and giving your nervous system the safety it needs to rest and digest. As a society, we need to stop trying to force our way through the exhaustion. If you are ready to get off the blood sugar rollercoaster and build a bespoke, evidence-based plan to reclaim your vitality, let's talk.

Hello Reader How are you? If you are here in the UK, I hope you are enjoying the heat! The Californian in me absolutely loves the sunshine, but even for me, there are times when it feels too hot to read or write. Today, I am writing to you from a lovely coffee shop on my local high street. It is nice and refreshing in here, and thankfully, the AC (or "air con" as the Brits call it!) isn't on full blast, which is just perfect. As I sit here with my laptop, I wanted to share an update about my...
Hello Reader Last week I talked to you about simplifying health. But what if things became too simple in that it becomes ineffective? I went to a food festival recently and aside from eating good food, I saw a variety of food vendors there. One of which I saw was selling a drink that gives you your daily fibre. I will not mention the brand, but I am sure you have seen them around either in the grocery stores or on your social media feeds. Now, my question to you is that are these drinks...
